Weisser Tiger | Die weißen Tiger sind eine sehr seltene Variante des Bengal-Tigers (Panthera tigris tigris), auch Königstiger genannt. Sie haben ein weißes statt orangenes Fell. Allerdings sind weiße Tiger keine vollständigen Albinos, was sich auch daran zeigt, dass ihr Fell mit dunklen Streifen gezeichnet ist. Weiße Tiger haben blaue Augen, eine rosa Nase und rosa Ballen unter den Tatzen. Die genetische Veränderung, die zu dem weißen Fell führt, wird rezessiv vererbt: Sowohl Vater als auch Mutter müssen die Veränderung besitzen, damit sie beim Nachwuchs zum Tragen kommen kann. - Realized with Pictrs.com
